Terms & Conditions of Use of this site
Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) and Swipe on Delivery (S-o_D) are alternate methods of purchasing from us, other than online payment (by Credit/Debit card and Netbanking). In the C-o-D and S-o-D payment terms, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance. C-o-D involves paying in cash at the time of delivery before the package is handed over. In case of S-o-D payment option, your credit/debit card is swiped before the package is handed over.
When you choose C-o-D/S-o-D as a method of payment, it is mandatory for you to provide a landline number. You will be contacted at the landline number provided by you to confirm the order. The order will be shipped only after the confirmation.
A maximum of three attempts will be made to establish contact with you on the landline number provided by you at the time of placing the order. Incase, we're unable to reach you after three attempts , the order will be automatically cancelled.
For reference Beetel Teletech Limited is mentioned as “the Company” in this User Agreement.
o The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
o We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
o The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. The Company reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly),the Company has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the Services available at this wesite, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
o There may be certain orders that the Company is unable to accept and must cancel. The Company in its right, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. The Company may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. The Company will contact the User if all or any portion of the User order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept the User order. If the User order is cancelled after the User credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in the User Card Account.
o In case the Company receives a cancellation notice from User and the order has not been processed/approved by the Company, the Company shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The Company will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by the Company. It is expressly agreed by User that orders are not subject to cancellation once payment is made and order request generated, due to any reasons whatsoever.
o The User agrees, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by the user for availing of services will be correct and accurate and the User shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by the User, i.e. in a credit card transaction, the User must use the User’s own credit card. The User further agrees and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to the Company. Further the said information will not be utilised and shared by the Company with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. The Company will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on the User and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the User.
o The orders will be processed on verification of payment after generation of a valid transaction request by the HDFC. Company shall not be liable for any excess or inaccurate adjustments from the Customer's credit or debit card due to the any reasons whatsoever.
o Mere Generation of transaction request will not be deemed as acceptance and Order acceptance will be subject to payment verification, product availability and conditions in relation to delivery logistics. Company reserves the right to accept or reject any orders due to any commercial reasons and shall in no way be obligated to accept the order solely on ‘first come first serve basis’.
o Company will endevour to fulfill the order and deliver the product ordered within 7 working days subject to correctness of the particulars in relation to billing address provided by the Customer. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of any wrongful information provided by the User (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by the Company for redelivery shall be claimed from the User.
o Company will not be liable for any damage, loss, fault or expenses arising out of delays in shipment or other non-performance of this Agreement caused by or imposed by (1) strikes, fires, disasters, riots, acts of God; (2) acts of Buyer; (3) governmental actions; or (4) any other cause or condition beyond the Company’s reasonable control in the event of any such delay or non-performance.
o Website depicting features of particular product shall only be treated as an “Invitation to make an Offer” and acceptance shall continue to remain the sole prerogative of the Company. Before placing an order please check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product the User agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.
o All Orders are shipped through Courier Agencies nominated by the Company from time to time and risks incidental to delivery shall transfer immediately on delivery to the nominated courier agency.
o Prices of the Product are all inclusive all taxes. Price shall be price prevailing on the date of order processing. Company reserves the right to change the price of prdoucts at any time.
o Customer shall be under obligation to report any breakages, shortages or non-conformity with the type, description etc in the Proof of Delivery document prior to seeking replacements in relation to such Product.
o Any defective Product shall be reported within seven days to our toll free customer service no: - 1- 800 - 102 - 3456, for the purpose of its immediate repair subject to verification to the satisfaction of the Company. For defects other than as provided above, the repair or replacements shall be governed by the warranty policy. For Blackberry the Redington toll free customer service no is 1-800-425-3720. The service center details for Beetel landline phones, Transcend, IT peripherals, Beetel Mobiles are on the portal for ready reference.
o The products are to be sold in India only.
o Beetel Teletech Limited is the Authorised Distributor of Apple iPhone. Apple iphone shall be made available and delivered by Beetel Teletech Limited, Airtel doesn't sell or deliver iPhones.
o Order acceptance and delivery is subject to stock availability of Apple iphone with Beetel Teletech Limited.
o For irresistible offers/data plans, you may contact 121 or your nearest Airtel store.
o If after generation of transaction request, it is found that SKU of desired type, make etc is not available in the Company’s stock or the Company is not in a position to deliver it within the specified time as represented on Company’s web-site – the Company shall refund the money within 7 working days.
o Products shall be subject to the warranty as per Company policy or the policy of the brand owner, as attached along with the Product packages or provided under the Product manual.
o Company reserves the right to make changes without any prior notice to the contents, description or availability of the Product in the website. Further Product of a particular description, type, colour or specification shown as available under the website shall in no way be treated as an irrevocable representation or a guarantee by the Company of its availability in the stock and description, type, availability or specification are subject to change or variation at any time prior to the acceptance of an offer by the Company notwithstanding the transaction request generation or payment verification.
o This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Delhis shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
o The Company, its associates and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content and other materials, which appear on this Site. Access to this Site does not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under any of the Company or any third party's intellectual property rights. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to the Company. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for the User’s own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited. The Company names and logos and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of the Company, i.e. Beetel Teletech Limited. All other marks are the property of their respective companies. No trademark or service mark license is granted in connection with the materials contained on this Site. Access to this Site does not authorize anyone to use any name, logo or mark in any manner.
o The Company reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. The Company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
o Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers: The Site is provided without any warranties or guarantees and in an "As Is" condition. The User must bear the risks associated with the use of the Site. The Company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems the User may experience with the Site. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Company or its associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the Site, its services or this User Agreement.
The Company, its associates and technology partners make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, currentness and/or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of the Site or that the operation of the Site will be error free and/or uninterrupted.
